Jotun Penguard Clear Sealer is a fast drying two pack, epoxy sealer with excellent penetrating properties.

Jotun Penguard Clear Sealer is suitable for concrete and other masonry surfaces as part of a complete epoxy floor coating system or maybe used as a transparent coating over abrasive blast cleaned concrete.

This product can be applied by Airless spray, Conventional spray, brush or roller. It is resistant to continuous temperatures of up to 120°C and a peak temperature of 140°C for a maximum of 1 hour in dry and atmospheric environments. The temperatures listed relate to retention of protective properties. Aesthetic properties may suffer at these temperatures.

It is a two pack polyamide cured high molecular weight epoxy gloss finish suitable for use in atmospheric environments as a primer in a multicoat system. It is recommended for factory concrete floors where resistance to heavy forklift traffic and chemical spillage is required. It can be applied up to 50 microns in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller. On porous concrete a thinned (up to 15% by volume) first coat maybe required prior to application of a full coat.

It can be used as a primer or finish coat in a complete system in atmospheric environments. This product is only available in 5 and 20 litre packs and in a clear colour.

Containers of Clear Sealer must be kept in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition, the tins must also be kept tightly closed. This product has a minimum shelf life of 48 months.
