Available in Aerosols for touch up work on site. It is an economic fast air drying topcoat available in any colour or gloss level. It is ideal as a topcoat on previously painted surfaces or over Pilot QD zinc phosphate primer on metal surfaces. It is suitable for outdoor uses. Available in all RAL and British Standard colours in a range of gloss levels. Aerosols can be matched to bespoke colours and powder coating finishes for on site remedial work.
Ultra Topcoat is a fast drying topcoat touch dry in 30 minutes and overcoated in three hours.It is specially designed for maintenance on residential and commercial buildings where speed of application is critical. It is available in small packs and can be supplied in aerosols for site repair work.
This fast drying finish can be applied onto most previously painted surfaces provided the surface is sound and free from oil grease and other contaminants. Exposed steel should be primed with Pilot QD prior to application of Ultra Topcoat. It may be used outdoors over a range of applications on fencing, garage doors, concrete, garden furniture and metal equipment.

Surface Preparation.
Coated Surfaces: Ensure the existing coat is intact, compatible, dry and free from oil grease and other contaminants.

This fast air drying paint is touch dry in 30 minutes and can be overcoated in three hours. It is specially designed for residential and commercial maintenance where short drying and overcoating times are required for rapid application on site.

This fast air drying paint is best when spray applied to achieve a smooth finish. Care should be taken when applying by brush and the paint may be thinned up to 10% by volume with No. 7 thinner to avoid brush marks due to its fast drying characteristics. Two coats may be required by brush to achieve the recommended film thickness.
