Jotun Pilot II a high gloss marine brushing enamel suitable for Concrete, Wood and Metals and is ideal as a high gloss finish over previously painted surfaces. It is easy to apply by brush and roller to produce a smooth glossy finish in an extensive range of colours. It may be applied over existing painted surfaces or used in conjunction with Pilot QD primer for anticorrosion protection on steel. Pilot II has excellent water resistance and exterior durability with good colour and gloss retention, a marine quality paint suitable for coastal environments. It is certified not to spread surface flames. Available in RAL and British standard colours in 5lt and 20lt packs for free delivery throughout the UK.

Pilot II is a Marine quality single pack air drying high gloss brushing alkyd with good gloss retention. It can be applied as a topcoat in atmospheric environments. Suitable for application by Airless spray, Conventional spray, brush or roller.
Pilot II is part of a system certified not to spread surface flame. It is suitable for wood, steel, GRP and previously painted surfaces in an atmospheric environment. Pilot II has very good colour retention and durability in a marine environment and is available in a wide range of RAL and British standard colours in a high gloss finish.
It is recommended as a Marine topcoat for engines, topside, deck and superstructure. It may also be used as a brushing topcoat for the maintenance of steel structures, modular buildings, construction equipment and existing painted surfaces. On bare steel it is recommended to prime with Plot QD zinc phosphate primer, it may also be applied to most aged coatings. It can be applied up to 50 microns in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller. It is resistant to continuous temperatures of up to 120°C.
