Eco PowerClean Biodegradable Alkaline Cleaner
A powerful biodegradable alkaline concentrate composed of anti-flash rust additives for cleaning and preparing surfaces before painting.
RD Eco-PowerClean is a high performance biodegradable alkaline detergent with strong degreasing power. It quickly removes grease, oily residues, droppings and other surface contaminants found on roofs. It is water based with no odour.
Eco PowerClean contains antirust additives which protect exposed metal surfaces from flash rusting prior to painting. It is a versatile cleaner and degreaser for commercial buildings, warehouses, distribution centres, factories and agricultural buildings. It may also be used on structural steel, machinery and metal fabrications.
This product should be applied between 5 and 35°C with a brush, cloth or spray with either a high or low pressure. Before applying the substrate make sure to scrape / brush off any coarse dirt before hand and mix well before use. It can be mixed 1 part to 20 parts water, up to a maximum of 1 part to 5 parts water for heavily soiled areas.
The storage stability of the concentrated product is 3 years from the date of production. Make sure it is protected from frost. It can be stored up to 4 weeks after mixing with with water if it is stored in a clean, closed container.

It is environmentally complaint dissolving in water and has no odour, ideal for cleaning and preparng metal roofs and cladding prior to paintining.
Thanks to the anti-flash rust additives, Eco PowerClean is particularly suitable for cleaning metal surfaces before preparation by shot blasting (SA2.5) or manually (ST2). These additives temporarily protect the surface from flash corrosion.
Eco PowerClean is a versatile cleaner and degreaser for floors in garages, service stations, industries, workshops, terraces etc. and metal wall surfaces such as structures, beams, machines, containers.
Eco PowerClean is a biodegradable and meets the criteria as defined in CE 648-2004 regulation. 90% degradable in 28 days. It is compatible with all metals, plastics and glass.
When applying this product make sure that the temperature is between 5 and 35°C and that you are applying it with either a brush, cloth or spray with high or low pressure. Also, make sure that any coarse dirt is scraped / brushed off beforehand and mix well before use.

It can be overcoated with Elastometal, Elastodeck, Monoguard, Metal Unicoat, Selemix Direct and Bradite One Can. It is available in 1lt and 5lt packs for free delivery throughout the UK.
