Biosphere is a Natural Pure Lime Antibacterial Clean Air Carbon Reduction Paint which absorns C02. Suitable for Lime Rendered Walls. Recommended for Cellars and Damp walls. Absorbs CO2, 90% Carbon Reduction compared to trade paints. It has an ultra low Carbon Footprint 0.0072 kg/m2 compared to 0.1943 with other trade paints, over 90% Carbon Reduction. It absorbs 0.37kg/lt of C02, the majority in the first 30 days after application, reducing its Greenhouse Gas emissions CO2 (e) over its natural life cycle. Surface Preparation.
Suitable for lime renders, plasterboard, gypsum, modern plasters, lime plasters, brickwork and previously painted surfaces. .
Remove all loosely adhering material back to a sound edge.
On new plaster apply a mist coat of Nevada Ultra to reduce costs.
Absorbent substrates such as concrete block and brick, it is recommended to prime with Ambient Primer.
Apply two coats of Biosphere applied evenly. It can be thinned using 10-15% by volume with water to ease application. Allow 2-4 hours between coats. Full cure and properties will be achieved after 30 days.

It has excellent flexibility and adhesion to lime based exterior rendered walls. With excellent colour and gloss retention in an exterior environment. May also be used indoors.
Biosphere is Class 1 rated as a breathable coating with an SD value <0.02 reducing condensation. It is an ideal ecological sustainable coating for interior and exterior walls and ceilings. This sustainable wall paint is recommended on concrete in new builds as it is certified for moisture control in concrete surface protection systems (EN 1504-2).
Based on alkaline natural lime ingredients it prevents mould, fungai and is anti bacterial. It produces a Class 1 washable surface making it perfect for use in old buildings, cellars, basements and other areas where mould can form due to poor ventilation.
Biosphere is a high solids (50%) water based paint easy to apply by brush or roller with high coverage rates. Available in a bespoke range of high design pastel colours in a matt textured finish. Packed in 1lt and 4lt recyclable containers with free delivery. Sample Pots (100ml) also available for selecting your preferred colour schemes. Please note these are for colour selection only and will not exhibit the properties above.
