Grafclean is Fire rated BS476 Part 6 and 7 Class 0, fire rated  B-s1, d0. It can be applied to most concrete, modern and lime renders also brick surface. A breathable Sd Class 1 rated vapour open finish with an SD value <0.12 reducing condensation. A Class 1 Wet Scrub EN13300 coating, this natural sustainable eco-paint is recommended on concrete in new builds as it is certified for moisture control in concrete surface protection systems (EN 1504-2). An Easy Clean finish particularly suited for kitchens, hallways, hotels, restaurants, retail, leisure and spa facilities, commercial offices, public buildings, contemporary modern interiors and all high traffic areas.

GrafClean Premium is reinforced with graphene providing excellent durability, flexibility and adhesion it can be applied to most surfaces including lime rendered exterior walls, plaster, gypsum, ceramics, tiles and brick, with excellent colour and gloss retention in an exterior environment. Use Nevada Ultra as a primer mist coat on exterior and interior walls or Four2Four primer on Tiles, UPVC or Wood.

GrafClean is a high solids (70%) water based paint easy to apply by brush or roller with high coverage rates 16m2/lt . Available in RAL, NCS, British Std, F&B and 96 high design contemporary colours in a 4% ultra matt finish.
