Jotun Steelmaster 900WF is a single pack, high solids, waterborne thin film intumescent coating independently approved to provide upto 120 minutes fire protection to structural steel.

This product has been quality guaranteed by Exova Warrington Fire Research with high coverage rates and significantly lower product usage than other intumescent coatings.

It can be used as a mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments, for carbon steel substrates it should be applied over approved primers such as Pilot QD or Penguard Express.

Steelmaster 900WF contributes to the Green Buildings Standard Credits, iIt meets the requirements of BS476 part 20/21 Certifire CF 6140, ASTM E84 Class A and EN 13381-8.

Steelmaster 900WF may be overcoated with approved topcoats such as Conseal TU ,  Hardtop HB or Pilot WF SM.
