Jotamastic 90 – Marine Surface Tolerant Epoxy Primer

A high build Surface Tolerant Epoxy primer finish which can be applied to mechanically prepared steel without the need for abrasive blast cleaning. It is suitable as a primer above and below the water line and can be applied to St2 mechanically prepared steel and aged coatings. Easy to apply on a wide range of products in aggressive C5-M marine and C4 heavy industrial environments. It has excellent water resistance and anticorrosion properties.

Application Guide

Carbon Steel: Minimum St 2.

Coated Surfaces: Ensure the existing coat is intact, compatible, dry and free from oil grease and other contaminants.

Concrete: Mechanically abrade to remove loosely adhering material and laitance.

Apply 1-2 coats of Jotamastic 90 allow 3hrs between coats. Read the technical datasheet for more detailed information.
