Jotun Pilot ACR a fast air drying high build acrylic primer finish for Steel and previously coated surfaces. It is a high solids high build exterior durable semigloss finish with very good colour retention and corrosion resistance in an exterior environment. Fast drying and easy to apply it ideal as a one coat semigloss primer finish on large steel fabrications, containers, garage doors, modular buildings, silos and large industrial equipment. It is fire approved as a topcoat on Steelmaster Intumescent paints.

Carbon Steel: Minimum St 2 . Recommended abrasive blast clean to Sa 2.5 (ISO 8501-1) Coated Surfaces: Ensure the existing coat is intact, compatible, dry and free from oil grease and other contaminants. Read the technical datasheet for more detailed information.
Apply one full coat of Pilot ACR by brush roller or spray to achieve a DFT of 60-120 microns.
