Penguard Clear Floor Sealer is a fast drying two pack epoxy concrete sealer coating used for priming porous concrete surfaces prior to applying two pack epoxy floor coatings. It may also be used to seal in concrete dust in garages and workshops creating a very durable clear surface finish. It is recommended to apply by brush or a roller for increased penetration into the pores of the concrete. Ideal for factory floors where resistance to heavy forklift traffic and chemical spillage is required.

Concrete: Mechanically abrade to remove loosely adhering material and laitance. Alternatively low pressure water washing to a rough , clean and laitance free surface. On porous concrete thin 10-15% with Thinner No. 17
Apply one coat of Penguard Clear Sealer allowing it to penetrate the pores in the concrete to seal and bond to the surface. Overcoat with Jotamastic 90 or other AVACE two pack epoxy floor paints.
