A powerful biodegradable alkaline concentrate with strong degreasing power and anti-flash rust additives for cleaning and preparing surfaces before painting. It quickly removes grease, oily residues and other surface contaminants found on roofs. It contains antirust additives which protect exposed metal surfaces from flash rusting prior to painting. It is a versatile cleaner and degreaser for commercial buildings, warehouses, distribution centres, factories and agricultural buildings. It may also be used on structural steel, machinery and metal fabrications.
This product should be applied with a brush, cloth or spray. Before applying ensure deposits and residues on the surface have been removed. It can be mixed 1 part to 20 parts water, up to a maximum of 1 part to 5 parts water for heavily soiled areas. Mix well before use.
The storage stability of the concentrated product is 3 years from the date of production. Make sure it is protected from frost. It can be stored up to 4 weeks after mixing with with water if it is stored in a clean, closed container.
