Bradite Floor IT is a fast air drying durable floor paint which is touch dry in 30 minutes and re-coatable in just one hour, used when faster painted floors and speed of completion is a major consideration. It can be used externally and internally, suitable for concrete, steel, wood , asphalt and previously painted surfaces. Non flammable , with low odour and low VOCs it can be applied during normal business hours with minimum disruption to people, operations and business activities. It produces a hard wearing chemical and water resistant floor.
Floor-IT is recommended in showrooms, garages, hospitals, schools, commercial buildings, food processing plants and factories. It is suitable for heavy pedestrian and medium fork lift traffic. Available in RAL Classic, NCS and British Standard colours in a satin finish (35%).

Bradite Floor-IT is suitable for most surfaces interior and exterior and previously painted surfaces. Remove all loosely adhering material back to a sound edge. The surface must be dry and free of surface contamination. Apply 2-3 full coats of Bradite Floor-IT by brush roller or spray. Allow 1 hr between coats. Most AVACE floor paints can be applied to aged, sound, existing coatings as part of a refurbishment system, provided the old paint is well adhered, thoroughly cleaned and lightly abraded to promote intercoat adhesion. It is recommended to undertake a small test area when applying two pack paints over unknown single pack paints.
Surface to be clean and dry, free from laitance, oil grease and other contaminants. Non porous or shiny concrete to be vacuum blast cleaned or acid etched to provide a key. For porous surfaces the first coat should be thinned 5-10% to allow penetration into the substrate. Followed by two coats of the recommended floor paint.
For ease on mixing and application air drying acrylic floor paints are recommended for general use in workshops, production facilities and garages. Bradite Floor‑IT is recommended for faster painted floors, it dries in 30 minutes and can be overcoated in one hour. It is suitable for light to medium traffic, a waterbased acrylic with low odour and low VOCs.
Despite its quick drying profile, Bradite Floor-IT forms a tough, durable film that resists abrasion, medium fork lift traffic and common spillages, making it suitable for workshops, production facilities, light industrial floors and storage areas.
All Bradite and Jotun floor paints are available in an extensive choice of RAL and British Standard colours, the gloss level is specific to each product and can range from matt to high gloss. Coovar antislip matt is available in a limited range of popular colours.
